Drug Arrest Made in Nashua

The Nashua Police Department arrested 49-year-old Christopher Danieli of Nashua on an active arrest warrant and charged him with 10 felony-level charges:

  • One count of felony Sale of a Controlled Drug (Crack Cocaine)

  • Six counts of felony Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute (Heroin/Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Crack Cocaine, Buprenorphine/Naloxone, Clonazepam, and Psilocybin Mushrooms)

  • Two counts of felony Convicted Felons

  • One count of felony Common Nuisance.

According to authorities, members of the Narcotics Intelligence Division began investigating Danieli in December 2022. Based on information developed during this investigation, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Danieli as well as a search warrant for his residence.

Assisting in the investigation and arrest of Danieli were the Nashua Police Department’s Special Weapons and Tactics Team, Problem Oriented Policing Unit, the Unmanned Aerial Support Unit, and members of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

Danieli was held on preventative detention and arraigned at the Hillsborough Superior Court-South on May 5, 2023.
