Violent robbery in Manchester, Bedford man sentenced

In Manchester, two men have been arrested and charged with felony robbery after assaulting and robbing a man of his iPhone and other belongings. Meanwhile, a 54-year-old man from Bedford has been sentenced to 1 to 5 years in prison and ordered to pay restitution to six victims for stealing over $115,000 from the sale of consigned vehicles through his now-defunct company "Dusty Old Cars."

Police have made two arrests in a violent robbery that took place in Manchester earlier this month.

On May 2, a man was walking on Calef Road when an SUV pulled up beside him.

Two men got out, grabbed him from behind, dragged him to the ground, and assaulted him.

The suspects then robbed him of his iPhone and several other items before leaving the vehicle.

The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Through the course of the investigation, Manchester Police were able to identify the two suspects as 30-year-old David Hoffens, of Manchester, and 26-year-old Adrian Hardisty, also of Manchester.

They were both arrested and charged with felony robbery.

Hardisty was found to have multiple active warrants for first-degree assault with a deadly weapon, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, burglary, criminal threatening, criminal mischief, and criminal threatening with a deadly weapon.

Hoffens and Hardisty are scheduled for arraignment today in Hillsborough Superior Court-North.

A 54-year-old man from Bedford will spend at least 1 to 5 years in prison following his sentencing in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Stephan Condodemetraky was sentenced in the New Hampshire State Prison on four felony counts of theft by misapplication of property.

Condodemetraky was also sentenced on two Class A counts of theft by misapplication of property to an additional 7.5 to 15 years in the New Hampshire State Prison, all of which is suspended until 10 years after his release from incarceration.

In addition, Condodemetraky has been ordered to pay restitution to six victims, the amount of which will be determined after further hearing.

Condodemetraky was the founder, owner, and president of the now-defunct companies that did business as "Dusty Old Cars."

In January, Condodemetraky was convicted of stealing $115,382.69 that he obtained when Dusty Old Cars sold six vehicles that had been consigned with the company.

The jury found that, instead of paying those sale proceeds to the individuals who had consigned the cars, Condodemetraky used that money as his own.

Condodemetraky was sentenced today by Judge John D. Lynch.
